Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with European law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return labels.

Exceptions to Returns

- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged after delivery or clearly used
Return Process and Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
